Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Since our products are digital software, cancellations or refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or activated.
- If you face any issue, we will provide full support via chat, email, or phone until the problem is resolved.
- Each purchase includes 12 months of free support and updates from the date of purchase. Extended support may be available separately.
- Exceptions to refunds may apply only if the product is proven to be completely non-functional and cannot be fixed by our team. Refund will be processed only, if the support ticket was raised within the 5 days of purchase to support@smartiapps.com.
